For insurance purposes, players must be registered members of USWP to participate in tournaments, games or practices.

| 2. Submit Membership Form & Pay Quarterly Fee to RBAC |

$250.00 quarterly pool fees, payable to Rose Bowl Aquatics Center (RBAC)
- Pay at the front desk of the Aquatics Center
- Obtain Membership Form at front desk -or-

| 3. Register with the Club & Pay Quarterly Club Enrollment Fee |

Quarterly club enrollment fee, payable by credit card online:
$50.00 for U10 Players (born 1998 or later)
$75.00 for U12 Players (born 1996 or 1997)
$100.00 for U14, U16 and U18 Players (born 1995 or earlier)
- Enrollment Fee includes all tournament fees (excluding national tournaments)

| All new age group players play free for the first week of the season! Registration fees are due by the first day of practice and are non-refundable after the start of the session. Fees may be pro-rated on a case-by-case basis for partial participation in any given quarter. Scholarships are available; please contact the front desk for more info. Players can join at any time. |
